Brendan Lis, Owner

Brendan has been in construction for over 24 years; he is a master carpenter. He is hands on, leading his team on all projects. Beyond his experience in the construction sites, he also has certifications in estimating, coordination, and management. Extremely well versed in Part 9 of the building code, he always strives to continue his knowledge in these fields. With the advancements of technology and building materials, his goal is to remain fluent in all these areas. 

Tim Rodden, Lead Carpenter

Tim has close to 20 years of experience working with home building companies. His expertise in carpentry sets him beyond most colleagues his age. He is a free thinker, not afraid to incorporate new techniques into an ageless profession. His charm and charisma will leave you feeling warm and comfortable. His skillset speaks for itself.

Jason McGrattan, Carpenter

Jason has worked with Brendan for the last 8 years.  Once a line cook, he has honed his skills into one of the best carpenters around. He is dedicated and hard working, always with a smile on his face.
